High precision CNC lathe, is a new generation CNC lathe which is fully absorbed in leading manufacturing technology in the world, on the basis of original SOMAB company manufacturing experience, independent developed by our SPARK Company. Modular design and configuration of 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis linkage function according to user requirements.
床身采用高强度牌号HT300整体45度铸造，并进行二次焖火热处理工艺，具有高精度、高稳定性等特点。可根据用户需要配置直线导轨，或者镶钢导轨，普通淬火导轨不同配置。
The material of bed is made of high strength HT300 and 45 degree integral casting, and the bed is in processof secondary anneal heat treatment, has characteristics of high precision and high stability. Can be equipped linear guide way, set of steel guide way or quenching guide way according to user’s requirement.
主轴结构采用高精度主轴专用轴承，并进行合理组配和跨距设计，使主轴获得高刚性、高精度的性能;并可根据需求，方便配置C轴功能，配合动力刀架实现车铣复合功能。并可根据需要配置液压动力卡盘，三爪自定心卡盘。
Uses high precision special bearing for spindle, reasonable equipping and span design, make the performance of high rigidity and high precision, and convenient to configure C axis function, cooperate with the power tool post to realize milling and turning function according to requirement, and can configure the hydraulic power chuck, 3- jaw self-centering chuck.
